BEATRICE is the friulana that dares contrast. A new, more defined silhouette, created for those who want a detail that is noticed without raising its voice: a double buckle on the instep, a soft cotton velvet upper and contrast grosgrain trim, sewn by hand.The velvet wraps the foot with the same depth as our ICON. What changes is the line: two adjustable straps closed with gold buckles keep the fit firm and graphic, while the grosgrain outlines the shoe and answers the colour of the upper. It is not an added decoration: it is the design of the model itself.Each pair is handmade in Italy, using the traditional techniques of the friulane. The grosgrain edges are stitched; the join with the sole remains hidden, as on our other models: a clean line, the comfort of the original construction, flexibility and lasting strength. The lightweight sole carries you through the day.Beautiful barefoot. For the more daring, in the mid-season they can also be worn with our fine certified Filo di Scozia and wool socks: you can dare another contrasting colour, choose a neutral base, or echo the shade of the upper. This model has a regular fit. The double buckles allow a fine adjustment on the instep. We recommend choosing your usual size and checking the size chart.

Velvet Cotton 

We honour the marks of time with care. Here’s how to look after your shoes:

1. Use a brush to remove dust and dirt.
2. Store the shoes in a cool, dry place.
3. After exposure to rain, let them dry away from direct heat sources.
4. Apply a deodorising or sanitising spray inside and wait a few hours before wearing them.
