Each embroidery is handcrafted upon request by our artisan, directly on the chosen pair of Friulane, making every piece unique, elegant, and personal. Service Details •  Customization up to 3 initials •  Handcrafted embroidery made to order •  Choice of embroidery color among the available options •  Customization available exclusively on Verzeroli Friulane •  The initials are embroidered on the outer side of the right shoe, in the lower part (as shown in the example photograph) How to Order 1.  Select the desired embroidery color from the available options and add the customization service to your cart. 2.  Add the pair of Verzeroli Friulane you wish to personalize. 3.  During the order checkout, enter the initials you want embroidered in the “Notes” field (e.g. MV or ABC). Important •  Customization is made to order. For this reason, personalized products cannot be returned or replaced, except in case of manufacturing defects or errors in the embroidery. •  The position of the embroidery is not modifiable and is done exclusively as shown in the example photograph. Shipping Times Each embroidery is handcrafted after order confirmation. For this reason, processing times are longer than standard shipping: shipping is expected approximately within 10 working days.
